These terms cover your use of hanokventures.com. The site is the brochure for Hanok Ventures, a self-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and holding and ventures firm. Jeff Brewer, Managing Partner, operates the site for Hanok Ventures.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, leave the site.

Use of the site

You may read these pages for your own information. You may send a genuine inquiry through the contact form. That form is the only public way to reach us from this site. We do not publish an email address here.

You agree that you will not:

• Interfere with the site, probe it, or try to reach anything you are not meant to see
• Send automated, misleading, or unlawful messages through the form
• Copy the site and present it as your own
• Use the site to misstate who Hanok Ventures is, or what this brochure offers

We may refuse a message, or limit access, when use of the site breaks these terms or the law.

No offer to sell securities

This brochure, on its own, is not an offer to sell securities, membership interests, or any other investment, and it is not a solicitation of an offer to buy them. Nothing here is a recommendation to invest, or a promise that Hanok Ventures will invest in, acquire, or advise a company.

The text, photographs, and wordmark on this site belong to Hanok Ventures, unless a credit says otherwise. You may link to a page. Ask before reusing the photographs, the wordmark, or substantial text for a commercial purpose of your own.

To the fullest extent Indiana law allows, Hanok Ventures and Jeff Brewer are not liable for loss or damage that comes from using the site, from being unable to use the site, or from relying on its content. Where the law does not allow a particular limit, liability is limited only as far as the law does allow.

Links to other sites, including certification lookups, Web3Forms, and Google Fonts, are there for convenience. Hanok Ventures does not operate those sites. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Indiana law

The laws of the State of Indiana govern these terms and your use of the site, including when a dispute also touches another place. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, unless a law that cannot be waived requires a different forum.

If these terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the revised terms.
